What is your studio’s core philosophy?
Dancers dance for enjoyment. Our intent is to provide a creative and fun learning experience for all our dancers. Our competitive program is open to all interested and committed students, which sets us apart from other studios who often require auditions. All dancers over the age of 6 may participate in the pre-competitive/ competitive program including solos and duets as long as they are committed to working hard.
What makes your studio special?
As the only Not-For-Profit studio in Calgary we offer parents opportunities to volunteer for Bingo Events and Flames / Stamps Game to help pay for individual dance cost. Our Competitive program is open to all interested students. No Try Outs!

Our mission is to instill a great love of dance, while inspiring self-confidence, discipline and respect of ones self and others well having fun! At Evolutions School of Dance we value the importance of a proper dance education that is developmentally and age appropriate. What is your studio’s core philosophy?
At Ambition Performing Arts, we are driven to provide quality lessons in a safe, innovative, and enriching environment. We hold ourselves to a higher standard while putting life skills, community, friendships, and family FIRST. Parents choose Ambition Performing Arts for our convenient location, friendly service, and welcoming atmosphere. They stay with us because of our commitment to excellence, value, culture, and customer care!
What makes your studio special?
Beginners are our specialty. Parents need quality programming that they can feel good about investing in. We work hard to provide a family first atmosphere, with a focus on age appropriate development and happy, healthy training that teaches leadership through the arts. We do this with gold standard business practices and technology. Families are able to choose their level of participation from a variety of participation commitments. The magic in this lies in tailor-made schedules and experiences that foster our students today, as well as creating leaders for tomorrow. We know that less than 5% of our students will go on to become Professional Performers, but 100% of our students will use the life skills they gain throughout their education with Ambition Performing Arts. Simply put: at Ambition Performing Arts, we are raising tomorrow’s leaders!
